TCDC is one of few dental offices that is proud to be eco-friendly. We’ve gone completely paperless and digital for the benefit of our patients and our environment. In addition, TCDC’s advanced digital radiographic sensor system not only reduces radiation dose by 80% it also displays images immediately on screen for fast effective diagnosis and transfer convenience.

From the moment a you step into our office, we make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Our designer has created an elegantly warm and inviting atmosphere to help minimize your anxieties. We have a ‘Kid’s corner’ to entertain your children, a large fireplace, TV/DVD, comfortable leather seats, and ceiling TV’s with headphones to make you feel at home.

Office Policy

Dr. Nabi, Dr. Zhou, Dr. Carberry and staff at Town Centre Dental Clinic look forward to taking care of your oral health needs and welcome you and your family to our team of dental professionals. We are always accepting new patients and appreciate your word of mouth referrals. Ask us about our patient appreciation program incentives.

Clearconnect is our automated client service software which will contact you via email to confirm appointments, this systems informs us that you have received your reminders in advance and we appreciate your prompt response by clicking the confirm button.

In order to accommodate the needs of all our patients we require 2 business days’ notice in order to change your appointment otherwise there will be a fee.

We find that most of our patients have very busy schedules and need to preplan their dental appointments therefore it is not easy to fill up the opening due to a cancellation. Some patient’s have to wait three to four weeks for their appointment; others are in pain and need to come in as quickly as possible. For these reasons we have had to implement the following policy:

A missed appointment fee of $100.00 per hour will be charged if sufficient notice has not been given. We will require this fee to be paid prior to appointments being rescheduled.

Insurance and Payment

Our office welcomes many types of dental insurance, and our insurance and payment coordinator will be happy to assist you in determining what type of benefits are available to you through your insurance plan. Payment arrangements for account balances are due at the time services are rendered, so please bring your insurance card with you to your first visit. We accept many forms of payment, including cash and most major credit cards. You can also speak with our office administrator about flexible payment options available for major dental services.

If you have lingering questions concerning the financial aspect of your visit, our office administrators are on-hand during our regular business hours to answer your questions and address your concerns.
